CRM is an essential part of how we organize and manage our prospects and customers. Our goal is facilitate excellent customer service and experiences by enabling our sales and service teams with current and accurate information about our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about CRM and Marketing within a fast paced digitally focused marketing team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure integrity of CRM data by maintaining data processes and data hygiene
Run daily data cleansing and de-duping processes, investigate and correct data discrepancies
Import data and lists to ensure data integrity and synchronization
Assist end user with report building. Build and maintain dashboards
Help to manage customer survey program, providing monthly reporting on results
Assist CRM Manager in other projects as needed
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar disciplines.
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Time Management
Ability to multi-task
