CRM Segment Manager LivingSocial

As Analyst, CRM Optimization, you?ll be working to drive performance of our core email marketing program. We?re looking for innovative and entrepreneurial leaders to help us take our massive amount of subscriber activity data and build meaningful marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate should be competitive, analytical and driven to solve increasingly complex issues.
? Plan, implement, and analyze cross-channel marketing campaigns focused on improving performance of our mass email promotions
? Help define and execute our email strategy, focusing on lifecycle and promotional campaigns around activation, re-activation, engagement, and retention
? Drive email strategy from best practices and serve as the internal champion
? Implement complex promotional campaigns both domestically and internationally across millions of users
? Utilize tools to provide one-off data requests
? Define, measure and disseminate metrics for email marketing and report against them
? Create engaging user experiences within email by analyzing the usage data and building segments of key user activity groups
? Monitor both top line and bottom-line impact of programs to achieve growth, revenue and ROI goals
? Work with business leaders to deliver insights to key questions, such as measurement, targeting needs, or reporting needs
? Bachelor?s or Master?s (preferred) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related field
? Work or practical experience including all of the following:
o SQL & Excel
o Customer Relationship Management-lifecycle marketing
o Building statistical models for marketing optimization
o Campaign testing strategies utilized in email marketing
? Interest and drive in redefining email marketing for one of the largest commercial senders worldwide
? Solid understanding of conversion funnels and testing
? Strong project management skills
? Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards around email marketing

? Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
? Great leadership and communication skills. You must have previous experience navigating and being successful in a constantly changing organization
