You will, among other things?
work with the IT team to provide on-going maintenance of the Company's CRM system.
work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to surface trends in data and develop custom dashboards and reports to monitor interesting developments.
setup and develop custom third-party integrations for deparate software systems to interact with SugarCRM.
monitor and improve data quality by implementing more intuitive user experience design and module organization.
consult other departments on customization capabilities and make enhancements through automation, whenever possible.
You must?
have 1+ year of PHP development experience including scripting.
have 1+ year SQL experience designing and implementing relational databases.
have 2+ years experience with the full software development cycle including design, creation, and testing of software.
have a knowledge of databases and object-oriented PHP to enhance CRM optimization, speed, and reliability.
be able to understand and implemet user requirements and documentation.
have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
have an awesome sense of humor.
A typical day might also include:
