Redbrick Health is looking for a business analyst manager to add to our data operations team. This team has multiple responsibilities including:
Managing and leading a team of 6-8 Business Analysts within the Data Operations organization.
Being an integral member of our cross-functional market readiness team for introduction of our new product capabilities
Identifying, scoping and leading projects within data operations focused on scalability and increased productivity
Assisting Solutions Architects and Business Analysts with defining complex customer implementations, customer renewals, data integrations, data analysis, business systems integration, and operational reporting.
This team is involved with nearly every aspect of our business operations. As our business continues to grow we must enhance or capabilities. You will be helping drive improvements to RBH operations capabilities as well as leading and mentoring other Business Analysts.

You will be a product/business analyst manager working across the organization to improve the operational activities of a growing company working to improve peoples health.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with small teams of cross-functional members focused on identifying our current business state and the changes that need to be made to take us to the next level.
Manage and lead our Business Analysts to identify process improvement projects to increase our scalability and decrease time/effort as it relates to implementation.
Act as the subject matter expert and primary resource for the team of Business Analysts, leading client, vendor and 3rd party integration efforts.
Work with existing data integration, analysis and reporting tools to improve the quality of solutions used by RBH functional departments
Assist the data operations team with daily activities as it relates to integration, requirements, specifications, validation and execution
Essential Job Requirements:
8 plus years experience as a product/business analyst
Experience as a working manager, both leading a team and being an active contributor to the day-to-day efforts and deliverables.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience working in SaaS organizations
Experience working with one or more of the following ? EDI, data analysis tools, data mapping processes, SQL and relational database experience, creating and documenting process flows, communication with both internal/external customers.
Experience working with Agile practices
Preference given to candidates with health care experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical.
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate service concepts to a variety of audiences.
Well organized with a high attention to detail
Verifiably successful experience with modern technologies, ability to learn and generally a good person
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time.
Job requires frequent communication with remote customers and peers via email, Collaboration Tools, IM and phone.
Job may require some travel.
