Crystal Reports BI Engineer Insight Direct
Job DescriptionThe Crystal Reports BI Engineer plays a key role in the success and happiness of our customers in realizing the full potential of our management software. This is accomplished by helping our customers get the business information they need to analyze the powerful data that our software contains for them to make the best decisions they can on how to run their service company for the maximum profit and operational excellence. This is a fun and challenging position that is always working on new projects that will typically last anywhre from 3 hours to 20 hours in length. You will work closely with our internal project managers & customers on Crystal Report projects for our ServiceCEO Office Edition software.
Desired Skills & Experience
Highly experienced with Crystal Reports
Knowledge of drill-down, charts, dashboards, cross-tabs, sub-reports, variables, and control structures
Experience with SQL Server including stored procedures, functions, and triggers highly desired
Ability to work directly with end users
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
