The CTO is the owner and driver of BlueCava?s technology vision and execution. Candidate will have a unique blend of technology, strategy and analytics capability. This role can be located in either Irvine, CA , New York or Boston.
Create strategy and direction in the data and mobile adtech space
Bring and share expertise in the area of predictive analytics and consumer intelligence in support of mobile and online advertising and ad targeting.
Serve as primary architectural authority for all products and solutions.
Develop and clearly articulate a compelling technology vision and inspire the team and external community including the Board, potential investors and the adtech community
Manage multiple parallel development work streams from concept to design and implementation and ongoing refinement; understand how data flows through channels
Be commercially ?aware? and able to shape our business direction with appropriate consideration given to defensible technology.
Desired Skills & Experience
Significant experience in the online advertising space, especially data and mobile media markets, mobile data analytics, ad exchanges
Proven ability to accelerate consumer engagement through use of analytics platforms
Well versed in big data analytics and familiarity with big data tools and Hadoop NoSQL technologies
Significant experience architecting in this space
Experience in technology, media and advertising ecosystems
Understanding of behavioral modeling and consumer engagement
Very creative, very flexible and thrives in an environment with numerous changes in devices, operating systems, technical requirements, etc..
