Job DescriptionHelping people find, love, and live their dream job. As our People Development Intern, you will have your hand in hiring, new employee onboarding, and training. If you are studying or interested in organizational development, public service leadership, training & development, leadership development, or teambuilding, this may be the internship for you! This internship will provide you with an opportunity to interact with people from a variety of disciplines, learn about the structure and management of a large organization, and participate in some exciting projects related to organizational development at a fast growing software company!This is a full-time internship (40 hrs/week) with pay at $8/hr with opportunity to earn college credit.
Responsibilities Include:
Database Management for Employee Onboarding
Feedback Management
Project Management
Assistance with Infusionsoft Leadership Academy projects and training sessions
Coordination of training programs including logistically planning, location scheduling, setup, and organization
Coordination of AZ Job Training Grant program
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Maintain and build relationships
Goal Oriented
Exceptional work ethic with evidence to back it up.
Proven evidence in exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and organizational skills
Passion for culture and development
Ideal Qualifications:
Junior or senior undergraduate or recent grad
Travel
