Customer Account Manager nlyte Software

As a Customer Account Manager your primary responsibilities are to engage with customers to drive adoption of Nlyte software and promote best practices to ensure customers are successful with Nlyte solutions. Achievement is measured through defined customer success metrics and revenue contribution.
Job Description:
Develop and expand relationships with customer base to ensure satisfaction with their investment
Reflect customer feedback and advocate on customer behalf to the Nlyte organization
Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts
Renew maintenance agreements on time and at target
Support marketing in delivering customers to nlyte events
Establish a customer database within salesforce.com and identify new contacts in existing customers for our database
Collaborate with the regional team to meet and exceed regional team goals
Collaborate and support colleagues in an open and supportive environment
Document all activities and forecast business diligently within Salesforce.com
Work with Customer Marketing to ensure maximum participation by customers in marketing and PR activities
Requirements:
The demonstrated ability to understand the software business including customer dynamics and the reasons why customers buy software
Consistent track record of exceeding quota from installed base of customers
Ability to generate strong relationships over the phone
Ability to resolve issues on their behalf to ensure satisfaction and drive business to closure
Expertise in salesforce.com
Position is located in our Menlo Park, CA office
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in a technical field
