Customer Advocate Telerik
The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a Customer Advocate person to join our team.
If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week as a member of our Customer Advocate team:
Introduced potential customers to the company and our products as you guide them through the purchasing process
Aided potential clients in making decisions regarding product offerings
Worked closely with developers, product managers, and support consultants to ensure customer feedback, questions, and problems are routed and resolved
Researched industry trends and provided detailed competitive analysis to both customers and the internal development and marketing teams
Handled inquiries via our website, email, and phone
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
Passionate about helping potential customers quickly and effectively reach decisions about the companys total product offerings
Excellent verbal, business writing, and presentation skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft .NET Framework and web-based applications (considered highly advantageous)
Exceptional ability to learn new skills and must be comfortable working at all levels of an organization
Down-to-earth, creative, and friendly personality
