Job Description
We look for candidates who are dedicated to providing exemplary customer service while working in a collaborative team environment in order to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Specific tasks include:
Create customer accounts, groups, users within the ChannelAdvisor Platform
Assist with user permissions and login specifics in ChannelAdvisor Platform & Strategy and Support Center (SSC)
Disablement of customer accounts
Setup and management of employee and demo logins and permissions.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with focus on:
Customer Service
Process Improvement
Analyzing Information
Developing Standards
Attention to detail
1-2 years working directly with customers with a focus on servicing clients
The ability to work independently to research and resolve contract issues
The ability to collaborate with team members and share knowledge
Experience using Salesforce.com
Experience working with web-based solutions or SaaS
