As a Customer Care Advocate you?ll play an important role in shaping our relationship with newly-acquired and long-term customers. Contact us if you?re confident in your ability to:
Act as the primary point of contact for all clients
Provide the highest level of response and service possible
Ensure that customers are retained, that they have their needs filled, and that they love Andera
Research, evaluate, and clarify customer-specific data in order to resolve customer concerns and inquiries
Configure customer?s requirements into oFlows Online Account Opening workflows, including Deposits, Loans, and oForms
Excel at working with a dedicated team of engineers, developers, project managers, and QA specialists
Constantly look for ways to improve existing customer relations processes and policies
Evaluate problems and situations to determine their importance and urgency.

Must have exposure to technology and some hands on technical expertise. Background in Help Desk or Mobile technology preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for helping customers solve their problems
Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information sometimes under stressful conditions.
Bachelor?s degree from a leading 4-year college or university
Detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills
Preferably 2+ years professional experience related to account management, client services, or project management.
Exposure to CSV and HTML
Must be able to demonstrate willingness to make and impact and take total ownership of a process
