Do you go to school or work in the barn during the week? Turn your passion for horses and dogs into a fulfilling part-time position with SmartPak! We are seeking motivated and experienced equestrians to become part of our extraordinary Customer Care Team. The position entails servicing , proactively engaging and further educating our customers, while keeping with the SmartPak philosophy of first-class customer service.
SmartPak is a fun and fast-paced environment, and you must be able to function as a dynamic member of our exceptional team. The ideal candidate has tons of real-life equine experience, is self-confident, driven and outgoing. An interest in animal health and nutrition is a must.
This is a part-time position with shifts in the evenings and weekends. This position does not have the ability to transfer to a full-time position.
The Nitty Gritty:
Handling high call and email volume (placing orders, answering questions and everything in between)
Customer account management
Position Must Haves:
Strong equine experience is a MUST!
Computer skills are required, along with the ability to comfortably learn new technologies
Associates Degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Able to multi-task and think quickly on your feet
Comfortable working independently as well as within a group
An outstanding personality and sense of humor!
