Job DescriptionResponsible for keying and processing timely and accurate payrolls. Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Manage and maintain assigned client base and deliver a high level of customer service. Assist with quarter and year-end processing reconciliations. Research and respond to all internal communications in a timely manner. Assist in reception, production, tax and other areas during peak times as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Key and process existing clients' payrolls Key and process existing clients' company and employee changes Provide customer service in client inquiries and assist in resolution of problems. send general information notices to clients Produce weekly reporting as required for supervisor Inform supervisor of any escalated client issues Handle, distribute confidential information Other duties as assigned
Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. One to two years of Call Center experience or Payroll Services experience. Customer Service Oriented Experience Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy fast-paced environment Commitment to team work Detail oriented, well organized; high degree of accuracy Exhibit math proficiency Professional in appearance and behavior Work beyond regular work hours when needed Reliable, dependable and punctual Basic Windows skills.
