Customer Care Representative Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Clarabridge is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Professional Services team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent client communications, responsive follow through on all issues and actions, and to act as the Clarabridge representative for client issues.
Act as the internal customer advocate to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Services and Executive Management to ensure they fully understand the customer?s needs and issues.
Responsible for providing technical and functional product support to Clarabridge customers, business partners, consultants, engineers and sales.
Manage the Knowledge Base and other external content delivery methods to assist customers in utilizing best practices.
Design and develop internal customer care reports to identify customer issues and escalate to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate extensively with peers, including Support, Engineers and Consultants to resolve client issues.
Willingness to travel on a limited basis to assist and/or resolve issues at customer locations.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor?s degree Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Information Management, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related technical area.
Two plus years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Care in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and tools a must.
Experience with SQL (PL/SQL/TSQL) a plus.
Working knowledge of Oracle, MSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Experience/familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy and/or Cognos a plus.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems a plus.
Language skills: Ability to speak/read/write Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
