Customer Care Specialist - Client Dedicated Invincea, Inc

The Customer Care Specialist will be assigned as the primary Customer Care Representative for a large client, providing dedicated support to troubleshoot product issues, answer product questions and provide any other product support that is necessary. The Specialist will be solely responsible for tracking, troubleshooting and resolving all client tickets. The Specialist may also be engaged to assist with other clients if all the dedicated client tickets are resolved. The Specialist must have highly refined troubleshooting skills and be able to communicate well.
Be the primary escalation contact for a dedicated client
Manage all customer support cases for dedicated client
Work with dedicated client escalation team to resolve all reported issues
Work with internal customer care team and development team to resolve all dedicated client issues
Windows troubleshooting skills (including Windows XP, Vista and 7)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work directly with client and internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot product issues
Ability to recreate complex issues on test systems to provide additional information to development team for resolution
Ability to document resolution of issues
Ability to track all activity on multiple open issues, including steps being taken for reproduction, testing and resolution
Ability to work with virtual test environment for troubleshooting and testing
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
B.S. or B.A. College Degree
3+ years working as a support representative or equivalent position
Base plus corporate compensation package

IBP breaks from this paradigm by providing a virtualized solution to Internet browsing so that the host operating system is never put at risk.
