Customer Care Specialist - Part Time Serena & Lily
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED A Customer Care Specialist is an invaluable member of Serena & Lily's customer service team. In this role, this person is responsible for handling phone, email, and chat correspondence with Serena & Lily customers, and making sure that every customer who contacts us (whether it's to place an order, ask a question, or resolve a complaint) walks away happy. We are currently seeking part-time associates to cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, from 7am-3:30pm), with the possibility of picking up some additional weekday shifts as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer/respond to customers inquiries via phone, email, and chat relating to product inquiries and complaints on a daily basis.
Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments as needed to ensure issues are accurately captured in our system and are completely resolved for the customer.
Verify that all procedures and processes have been followed at the completion of each order processing.
Participate in cross function training to support departmental requirements.
Become a Serena & Lily brand advocate and recommend our products a design point of view for our customers.
Candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional service, empathy, superior judgment, creative problem-solving, ownership of issues, and conscientiousness.
An interest in interior design and home d-cor is required.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must be familiar with Serena & Lily products and brand, as well as the competitive set.
This is an hourly position in Sausalito, CA, and will include shifts starting at 7am on both Saturday & Sunday.
