We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Care Supervisor at our high volume inbound call center in Glenview, IL.

SurePayroll's Customer Care Supervisor is part of the leadership team in our high volume contact center providing support for online payroll and HR service clients via phone, live chat, email, and other inbound contact means ensuring clients receive world class service.
You can expect to:
Lead a team of seasoned of 15+ customer service professionals, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to resolve complex payroll processing and account management issues
Partner with leaders across the organization to remove obstacles and find solutions for client account issues
Provide mentoring and regular feedback to each of the Team Leaders and Customer Service associates on your team regarding call quality and systems/payroll knowledge through call monitoring, SalesForce case audits and one on one coaching
Handle escalated customer service issues including processing amended tax returns, researching complex processing issues and ensuring customers understand and value our service
Partner with Customer Care Manager and Team Leaders as well as others in other such as Technology, Payroll Tax, New Account Implementation and Payroll Operations to find solutions to individual and mass client issues
Participate incontact center training process, ensuring our staff members are able to continuously learn and grow in their careers
Innovate to improve efficiency and maximize service levels, seek out tools and resources to improve the client and employee experience
Monitor and respond to feedback from clients and other business partners
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic self-starter. They are a seasoned customer service leader with experience working in a high-volume and complex service issue environment . This individual must be technology savvy and have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and a passion for providing a world class customer service. They are a strategic thinker with a high sense of urgency and are a natural relationship builder and collaborator.

Candidates should have 5+ years of customer service experience in a high volume contact center, previous experience leading a team of 15+ customer service professionals and be technology savvy with advanced SalesForce and Microsoft Office including Outlook skills preferred. Payroll experience a plus.
