The success of this candidate will depend on their ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change suddenly. In addition, candidates must be able to work cross-functionally with many departments: Marketing, Product Development, Engineering and Operations. In this role you will:
Manage launch-related activities for newly signed customers, gathering online requirements and internal resources to deliver on customer expectations
Support post-sales communications as a critical conduit between customers, sales and product development teams
Ensure all customer launch milestones are achieved on time
Transform valuable process learnings into standard operational practices
Troubleshoot customer issues to continuously provide a great customer experience
The following skills and experiences are required:
College degree or AA preferred or equivalent education and experience
3-5 years experience in a project management / operations role in a technology or production company; experience with enterprise customers a plus
Must be bilingual; fluency in English and Spanish is required
Highly organized, resourceful, with strong creative problem solving skills
An ability to adjust priorities mid-stream and manage projects from start to finish
Design experience, Print and/or Web, a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A demonstrated passion for customer service
Additional skills: Mac OS, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and an understanding of HTML and XML
