In Customer Enablement, we focus on delivering value to our production customers and driving customer adoption, self-sufficiency and loyalty. Â Office Hours is a new service designed to assist customers with how-to questions, to provide feature demonstrations to existing customers and to guide customers in their own configurations. Â Office Hours Consultants have broad and deep understanding of Workday core HCM applications, including security and business process framework with an additional focus on reporting and analytics, talent, compensation, benefits or absence.Â We look for the willingness to learn quickly and the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate solutions.Â The work is fast-paced and the questions varied â the ability to think on your feet and provide sound advice is paramount.Â Your ability to communicate and demonstrate software wlll be critical.Â Â
