Your main responsibility will be to manage client relations and manage customer communications while embracing the technology platform so answers are clear and timely.
Understanding Customer Platform
Coordination and completion of tasks
Monitoring System Performance
Developing and managing scope, budget, and timelines for Change Orders or Enhancements
Capability to multi-task and prioritize when needed
Documenting actions taken
Ability to negotiate and positively resolve issues
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Making informed decisions quickly
Keeping clients stable!
Initial technical troubleshooting of customer systems
1-3 years of experience
Basic LINUX and Windows operating system knowledge
Basic systems networking knowledge
Basic telecom knowledge
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and project teams
Familiar with communicating and working directly with software development teams
Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as people and people management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Works well under tight deadlines
