We are currently looking for a CEI who will be able to work third shift. This position will be a Tier One support representative and work with the support TicketQueue to resolve customer inquiries. You will process support emails, create trouble tickets, and reply to them providing support. This person will provide first level support to our customers, participate in our Live chat system providing answers to general technical inquiries. Entry level trouble shooting of CallXML, CCXML and VoiceXML languages/applications is expected. Basic understanding of log review and problem identification for reported issues to assist with troubleshooting, a high aptitude for problem resolution for support inquiries at a tier one level, ability to create/update technical documentation as requested and th ability to properly escalate more complex problems to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 Teams.
