Customer Experience Analyst Job Description
Serve as a Customer Experience Analyst on the Retail Solutions Customer Support team. The primary responsibilities include managing some of the world?s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, providing value-based services to our customers, assisting in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, contributing to internal cross-functional projects, and performing all other customer support analyst related functions. This opportunity is located in our Cranston, RI office.
Master Data Management
Product Training and Troubleshooting
Data Quality Research and Verification
External Communication Development and Execution
Assist in New Customer Implementations
Serve as Client-Facing Stakeholder for Internal Projects
Generate Client Value and ROI via Post Implementation Playbooks
Support of Retail Solutions Advanced Applications
Skills and Experience Required
Strong verbal and written skills
Experience interfacing with customers
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Maintain strong organizational skills
Bachelor?s Degree (preferably in Business)
Retailer or CPG experience is preferred
SQL Developer knowledge is a plus
