Customer Experience Analyst I, Data Services Greenway Medical Technologies
The Data Services department is looking for creative, detail oriented team players who enjoy customer interaction as well as collaborative problem solving and logical reasoning to join our team of Customer Experience Analysts. The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for understanding the various services offered through PrimeDATACLOUD and for documenting customer requirements for any enhancements, changes, or errors to those services. The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for prioritizing the needs of the users of Greenway?s PrimeDATACLOUD platform, and for working with Software Engineers, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance technicians as the voice of the customer. The Customer Experience Analyst serves as a source of knowledge for other departments in the company regarding PrimeDATACLOUD and its users? needs.
The qualified candidate will have a B.A./B.S. with at least 1 year of experience working with an electronic medical record system, 3+ preferred. Understanding of financial/clinical needs and workflows is a plus. Familiarity with software development processes and defect tracking tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Excellent analytical skills required. Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be willing to learn new skills & tools.
Working knowledge of Windows required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required; proficiency preferred. Working knowledge of SalesForce is a plus.
