Position Summary
Job Description
-Contribute to the development of a comprehensive customer experience delivery including the development of objectives and measurement processes
-Strategic and tactical support in the development and implementation of key components of customer experience strategy.
-Support initiatives and capabilities that enable a holistic understanding of the PeopleAdmin experience, leverage insights to make business decisions and drive preference for PeopleAdmin products & services.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the infrastructure capabilities to support the customer experience strategy, which may include one/a number of the following responsibilities:
-Development & implementation of effective listening techniques to gather and document customer feedback
-Develop and assist implementation of actionable recommendations based on analysis of customer feedback
-Reporting on progress and benefits of customer experience initiatives
-Implement and maintain customer dashboard of key account data
-Initiatives relating to building a customer-centric culture
-Effective participation in continuous process improvement
-Develop working knowledge of service delivery and use of PA products
-Effective cross-functional communications and coordination of activities on as needed basis.
Qualifications
-Experience in customer and/or market research
-Experience in customer-focused field, with demonstrated business impact.
-Experience managing multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Management industry.
-Knowledge of processes of business functions supported.
-Demonstrated analytic skills to analyze wide variety of data and draw conclusions.
-Demonstrated understanding and use of technology.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.
Skills/Experience
-Minimum of 4-6 years related experience
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access required
-Strong interpersonal skills.
Education
-College degree in related field, or equivalent experience
