Customer Experience Manager PeopleAdmin

PeopleAdmin is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to contribute to the development of a comprehensive customer experience delivery including the development of objectives and measurement processes. This individual will also head strategic and tactical support in the development and implementation of key components of customer experience strategy. Overall, PeopleAdmin is looking for an individual to support initiatives and capabilities that enable a holistic understanding of the PeopleAdmin experience, leverage insights to make business decisions and drive preference for PeopleAdmin products and services!
Duties and Responsibilities
Development & implementation of effective listening techniques to gather and document customer feedback
Develop and assist implementation of actionable recommendations based on analysis of customer feedback
Reporting on progress and benefits of customer experience initiatives
Implement and maintain customer dashboard of key account data
Initiatives relating to building a customer-centric culture
Effective participation in continuous process improvement
Develop working knowledge of service delivery and use of PeopleAdmin products
Effective cross-functional communications and coordination of activities on as needed basis.
Requirements and Skills
College degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-6 years related experience
Experience in customer and/or market research
Experience managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Management industry
Demonstrated analytic skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access required
Strong interpersonal skills
