The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for all inbound inquiries to the delivery team. This individual should be personable, energetic, and enjoy helping resolve customer's questions and concerns. Ideally, the Customer Experience Specialist will also have a passion for electric vehicles and appreciate the importance of communicating information about Tesla's products to both current and potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn about Tesla and develop skills for a more specialized role in a customer-facing department.
