This is an opportunity for an energetic, self-starter to join a quickly growing, fast-paced startup in a customer service position. You?ll make the entire user experience from A to Z easy and enjoyable.
Will be point of contact for customers who call and email. You?ll answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with order placement. In short, you will build a relationship and know the customer's favorite song.
Will follow up with customers, troubleshoot issues and ask them for reviews.
Will find creative ways to make the customer management process efficient and streamlined.
Will come to possess an encyclopedic knowledge about our products, as well as the underlying industry trends.
Like to write and have a keen news sense. You'll be responsible for writing blog content and overseeing other content producers.
Have an interest in high-tech gadgets. Your apartment looks like the Apple store.
Want to grow with a company in its infancy and embrace new roles and challenges on a day-to-day basis. You are not afraid to jump in head first, ask lots of questions and take ownership of a role.
