As a Customer Happiness Agent, you will be their champion?their deliverer of magical customer experiences. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for making and keeping customers happy, devising creative solutions to customer issues, and working with our product team to identify bugs and issues.

What you?ll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries through our support system
Talking with customers daily to assist them and answer questions
Coming up with creative solutions to new challenges and problems
Creating new and innovative ways to increase customer happiness
Helping automate and improve the efficiency of support activities
Championing and upholding Getaround?s community values
Requirements
University or equivalent degree
Real-world experience in a fast-moving startup
Customer service, retail, or customer facing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You enjoy taking initiative and making people happy
You can work well as an individual and in teams
You're a quick learner that can perform under pressure
You're willing to go ?above and beyond? the call of duty
