Location: Fort Myers, FL or Waltham, MA
CallMiner is currently seeking a customer-focused, hands-on, technical Customer Integration Manager to join our growing Customer Service team. This person will be responsible for organizing and leading projects to deploy our business solutions to new customers.
Overall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle including requirements definition, design, implementation, and deployment
Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints
Build and manage client relationships
Interpret and transform customer requirements into project plans
Effectively Interact with other areas of the business to insure schedule is maintained and project is executed per plan
Prepare project status reports to keep management, customers and others informed of the project status and issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years, hands-on, technology experience
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in an external customer-facing technical environment.
Experience managing complex projects across operations and technology groups
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
