Cvent is looking to enhance the customer experience for clients by developing marketing programs that encourage usage of our software platform. We want to ensure that clients are continuing to achieve success by leveraging functionality that they have available to them. As part of this initiative, the Customer Loyalty and Relationship Marketing Associate will assist in the measurement of customer engagement in order to identify opportunities for developing targeted marketing campaigns. Their mission is to enable clients to better use the system to achieve their strategic goals while increasing revenue opportunities within our existing client base.
Position Duties
Learn and understand the Cvent software platform and functionality that it offers
Coordinate with Client Services and Account Management to analyze customer base, behavior and usage to identify revenue generating opportunities
Develop new strategies and marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base
Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
Drive adoption of upcoming Service Portal for clients through online and email marketing programs
Work with cross-functional teams to develop content assets that promote usage and increase customer success through thought leadership as well as instructional content
Candidate Requirements
Creative thinker, team player, straight forward, courageous, high integrity, disciplined, detailed, structured, organized, self-directed and excellent communicator
2+ years experience in a Customer relationship marketing role for an enterprise software company
Experience with Marketing Automation programs, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Silverpop and other enterprise systems like Salesforce.com and Omniture a plus.
Experience with managing email marketing software to control targeted communications
Experience with all aspects of outbound marketing management/marketing programs management
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
Strong technical background preferred
Strong writing skills preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills and influencing capabilities, efficient in Microsoft Office products, and an ability to work with a geographically dispersed team to achieve position objectives
Demonstrated ability to listen to a range of sources from the client audience and synthesize into fresh, concise market and customer views
Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
Education: BA/BS required
Ability to speak or write in multiple languages is a plus
