Job Description:
Lattice has a rich set of well-respected, well-known customers, including Dell, ADP, Cox, Staples, EMC, ADP and HP. The role of the Customer Marketing Manager is to attain the support and enthusiasm of our customers in a variety of forms, including videos, case studies, a Customer Advisory Board, tweets, blog posts and webinars. We want our customers to advocate for Lattice by talking about their success and the role Lattice has played.
In addition, the Customer Marketing Manager will work with our Sales Team and Account Managers in the development and execution of account-specific marketing programs to drive usage, customer satisfaction, renewal and upsell opportunities.
Based in Boston, MA, the Customer Marketing Manager will report to the CMO.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with our customers that are mutually beneficial.
Develop a series of videos featuring our customers by A) Speaking generally about ?sales and marketing leadership? and B) Speaking specifically about their experience with Lattice.
Work with our customers to create customer case studies that describe the situation pre-Lattice, what the customer did with Lattice, the results, and lessons learned. Develop a template/framework for each case study.
Act as the key liaison between our customers and our PR efforts when there is an opportunity to be featured in a media story or blog post about big data for sales. Secure positive customer participation in the media on a timely basis.
Connect our customers with relevant analysts from firms like Gartner, Forrester, Sirius Decisions and IDC to be able to tell our story to them.
Conceive and produce a monthly customer newsletter.
Create a live event format featuring a customer speaking to an audience of Lattice customers, prospects and influencers. Replicate this live event in NYC, SF and other cities.
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. with 5-10 years experience in marketing, some of which should be in the software industry
Strong writing and communications skills. Must be able to help our customers tell a compelling story.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude
Project Management experience critical
Customer management experience preferred
Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents strongly preferred
Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
