The Customer Marketing Specialist is a highly motivated communications professional with experience in a B2B marketing environment. The Customer Marketing Specialist?s primary responsibilities will be to provide support and execute on multiple marketing programs, email marketing, collateral copywriting/ editing projects, and customer events. The Customer MarketingSpecialist understands the strategies and objectives of the global marketing organization and ensures that all customer-centric programs support those strategies and objectives.
Assist the Marketing Manager with execution of plan for lead generation, marketing deliverables and marketing programs to support Aptean?s sales goals as they relate to driving revenue and maintenance retention within the existing customer base.
Execute email marketing campaigns from content development to copy writing, email design and deployment, and recommendations for improvement.
Assist the with the management, development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of web assets (i.e., customer portal site(s) and corporate website updates) via content management tools.
Execute on all launch-related activities for major and minor product launches and new product/service offerings for the installed base.
Provide support for messaging, copywriting/editing, and graphic design/layout for various product line collateral and sales tool development as defined by product marketing.
Work with internal marketing operations team and third party vendors to produce emails, webcasts and related sales collateral.
Manage the execution of customer webcasts, including scheduling, production and follow up.
Assist in executing company-wide plan to consolidate and enhance Aptean?s various customer portals.
Take ownership of marketing programs for select products, from strategy to execution.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
1-2 years of marketing program coordination experience
Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing techniques
Previous experience in technology, specifically software, a plus
Ability to drive projects within a cross-functional team and work well under deadlines
Ability to work with peers and key stakeholders in different geographies
Proficiency with HTML and all Microsoft Office applications
Dedicated to customer satisfaction
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple, concurrent projects with various internal customers
Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
Team player; and excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be expected to be comfortable working as part of a team or on individual projects.
