Customer Migration Specialist, Encompass Docs Solution
Contract Position
Summary of Responsibilities:
As a Client Migration Specialist within the company?s Docs Operations team, your main responsibility will be to facilitate the migration of existing Encompass Closer clients to the Encompass Docs Solution (EDS). You will be primarily responsible for managing the customer migration process from receipt of customer migration request through customer sign-off of system settings and document requirements; including review and implementation of EDS customer settings, customer setup information, investor requirements, and mortgage document package content.
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
Drive successful customer migration following established migration process milestones
Schedule and complete customer calls and webinars as required
Train customers on new features and functionality of the Encompass Document Solution
Review customer settings configurations, investor and loan programs setup, and customer document requirements
Provide Project Summary Form for future acceptance and activation sign-off
Assist in processing sample closing doc packages to be used for customization requirements review
Submit and manage client customization requests
Update SalesForce on project status; Generate daily/weekly status reports
Coordinate with Docs Ops to address customer questions, requests and feedback
Communicate deliverables and project status to customer
Qualifications, Skills & Education:
Must have:
Strong documentation and communication skills
Self-management; ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively
Working experience with mortgage initial disclosures and closing documents; knowledge of current closing policies and procedures
Experience with communicating requirements and timelines
Customer-focused with the drive to provide time-sensitive and accurate solutions for clients
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and thorough
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines
Familiarity with Encompass 360
Proficiency with SalesForce, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
