We are looking for a rock star Customer Operations Analyst to join our team.
Skills and Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving and process improvement
Organizational and time management: Being able to operate independently with minimal guidance
Proficient with Microsoft office suite; especially Excel and PowerPoint
Microsoft SQL knowledge a plus
The ability/desire to learn new processes, technology, and systems
Document, monitor, and investigate customer facing client issues.
Conduct root cause analysis on customer issues, and make recommendations on ways to improve these in the future.
Organize cross departmental resources to ensure improvements are made to any high priority customer operations issues/bugs.
Compile and analyze data, then create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for both internal and client facing use. Create additional ad hoc reporting as per client needs
Lead client facing meetings to discuss customer operations statistics and improvements.
Conduct external training for client call centers and line of business.
