Customer Program Manager LitePoint

Manage customer programs and communicate effectively to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules and report progress regularly to the project team, management and the customer.
Perform risk assessments and come up with risk mitigation strategies to overcome them.
Organize and lead effective internal and customer meetings with the ability to adapt and re-focus on critical tasks when they arise.
Work closely with Sales, FAE, AE and engineering teams in developing, deploying, and supporting LitePoint solutions at key customers.
Deploy effective program management practices to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables provided to key accounts.
Travel frequently to customers to coordinate existing projects and learn about new ones.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
BSEE required, MSEE preferred
3-5 years experience in the wireless test & measurement industry
Applicants should have prior program management experience
Prior experience using Microsoft Project to schedule and track projects.
Prior experience writing automated RF/Wireless test programs and scripts in C, C++, VB, and Python a plus.
Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for wireless communications standards such as?
Familiar with RF/system level test equipment such VSAs, VSGs, SAs, SGs, O-scopes, Power Meters, Vector and Scalar NA, Wireless Communication testers, etc.
Good troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving skills
Good presentation, written, and verbal skills
This position involves some travel domestically and internationally (5-10%)
