Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service, the CRM Specialist is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details and have strong analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of internal business processes.
Providing central point of contact for all change requests & system alterations
Creating or updating CRM related training manuals, policies, and procedures
Working with management to ensure key functionalities are understood
Enforce new user adoption by monitoring login history
Providing help desk support for all system users, escalating to IT when necessary
Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
Provide training on the CRM tool and its related reports, functionality and features
Generating detailed process maps for Operations as they relate to CRM
Assist with UAT (user acceptance testing), including developing, executing and reporting on test scenarios
Importing and exporting of data as required to synchronize back end systems
Working with IT to manage project implementation and back-end migrations
Maintaining control of access rights, security settings and user privileges
Complete all updates, change requests as requested
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
