Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Guidewire Software

Looking for a candidate in our expanding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group. CRM will work with installed accounts with four primary functions plus other responsibilities as follows; References â€" CRM is responsible for managing the reference process for the assigned accounts. Responsibility includes establishing the relationship, managing requests and keeping our customers referencable. Renewals â€" CRM will be responsible for contract renewals with their assigned accounts. This includes staying ahead of the renewal process, establish appropriate relationships to ensure a successful completion of the renewal and ensuring timely execution. Guidewire Live â€" CRM will position Guidewire Live into their assigned accounts. This includes gaining access to qualified accounts, managing the Guidewire Live sales team and driving the contract process. Customer Satisfaction â€" In conjunction with references and overall customer satisfaction, CRM will manage customer issues to increase overall satisfaction. These responsibilities include solving day-to-day customer issues and managing the other Guidewire experts as necessary. Other â€" CRM will have many other customer facing responsibilities. These include customer contacts leading up to our user group meeting, product roadmap updates, taking action on various installed customer activities, etc.. Required skills/experience include:
- Minimum 5 years experience with enterprise software
- Experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry preferred
- Well-developed oral communication, liaison and representation skills
- Well-developed writing skills and the ability to proof read own material and that of others.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
