General Description:
The customer relationship specialist is responsible for working individually and in a team environment providing primary account management, sales and customer service for a set of current Peak 10 customers. This is a salaried plus commission/bonus position.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a subset of current customers to ensure:
?We are communicating with them regularly
?They are receiving the services they have contracted in a manner that maintains a high level of satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
?Renew them when their contracts expire?Cross/Up sell them on Peak 10 services that will provide them value
?Meet/exceed revenue growth and retention goals
?Minimize churn?Meet/exceed quota assignments
?Be the customer advocate;
Learn and understand current and future Peak 10 services
Support customers assigned to field account managers as necessary
Answer customer inquiries, either via phone or email, in a timely, courteous, and professional manner;
Identify, communicate and help resolve customer and product satisfaction issues.
Work with market and corporate level technical, financial and sales resources to support, grow and maintain the assigned accounts.
Present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers through email, phone calls, and meetings (both onsite and offsite);
When required, assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, programs and events.
Maintain customer information in CRM and contract management systems
Other as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree and 2+ years experience in a customer service or sales role.
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, making and keeping commitments, meeting deadlines and stress management skills.
Proven propensity to learn new technologies. Proven ability to ?listen? and empathize with the client?s situation.
Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker; professional appearance and presentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of advanced interpersonal interaction techniques and an understanding of when to employ different techniques depending on the situation.
There is not a relocation allowance for this position.
