The Customer Satisfaction Representative will be responsible for fielding questions and requests from our subscribers and ensuring their overall happiness. He or she will also work closely with the founders on special projects from time to time.
Responsibilities
Answer questions via phone and email about our product
Resolve any customer satisfaction issues in a positive and friendly way
Being an ambassador of our brand
Recording and tracking KPIs related to our customer service performance
Additional responsibilities from time to time
Qualifications
1-2+ years as a customer service representative
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and attentive to detail
Friendly, cheerful and likes working with people
Strong emotional intelligence
