The key focus of this position is to build and maintain positive client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support. The person we are looking for is passionate about helping people, honest, a positive thinker with a can-do attitude who is excited to work with a growing company that values hard work and dedication. This position is about more than just providing daily support for client issues; its also about developing a complete understanding of the clients business and needs within their business as well as fostering personal relationships with the users they support within each client. The Client Relations Managers duties consist of:
Responsibilities
Day to day management of all customer service and support for their assigned client base.
Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the core services and tools that MediConnect has to offer its clients.
Perform Initial and ongoing telephonic user training for new clients on MediConnects RapidRetrieve online system as needed
Provide ongoing support and communication with assigned clients on a consistent basis, via phone calls, emails, and our online system in order to track client progress and increase customer loyalty
Document all client interactions and follow up requirements information in our proprietary customer support system RapidResponse
Research and resolve service issues/errors in a timely fashion, and demonstrate proactive, solution-based approach to enhance the client experience
Review client billing invoices for completeness and accuracy
Expand existing client business by developing strong relationships with customers, anticipating needs, and educating the client on additional value-added services available to them
Provide daily feedback to operations and retrieval agents on client issues and follow through to ensure that operations effectively resolves the issues reported.
Communicate important client issues on at timely basis to upper management
Deliver on monthly and quarterly individual and team goals
Develop strong relationships with all key contacts within each client account assigned to you.
Provide information to Account Management/Sales on expansion opportunities that exist within the clients you support. Assist in creating operational best practices that will benefit all clients being serviced by the company.
Oversee any customer service representatives assigned to assist on your client accounts.
Assist in the training and mentoring of additional Client Management staff brought into the organization.

Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
Proven skills in managing an effective and successful customer-focused team
Ability to assess needs and up sell services to the clients.
Ability to develop timetables and set deadlines in order to achieve client objectives
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create and maintain accurate, accessible and organized reports and documentation
Ability to present results and strategy at senior management level and considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships
Must be a creative thinker with a ?problem-solving mindset
Absolute Integrity
Experience with Health Insurance, Life Insurance or Legal Sectors is desired but not required
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Excel features
Good typing, spelling, and grammar skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, client management and problem resolution skills
Ability to present oral and written information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
Ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and support multiple clients with unique business needs per client
Creative thinker with a ?problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with learning new software applications
Self starter, self-sufficient, self-motivated
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and different types of clientele.
