Overview:
In this full-time role, you will work with new and existing clients to ensure that Lettuce is effectively transitioning clients into our services, that usage is spurred properly at early stages and ongoing, and that client satisfaction is super high. Creative, energetic and self-driven, you understand the customer and use cases and know what you can do to deepen sales trust so clients stay and grow with Lettuce. You also love understanding a product in depth and then communicating that product to the clients. Responsibilities:
--Integrate new clients with Lettuce and teach them how to use the product
--Own the implementation process from kick-off to training, go live, and deployment
--Engage with clients and ensure they are up and running within the first 15 days of sign-up
--Function as the voice of the customer to the product, sales, and marketing teams
--Work closely with engineering on identification and tracking of bugs
--Increase client retention by performing health checks
--Ensure that Lettuce's many features are utilized to their benefit
--Track accounts that might have a possibility of churning
--Advocate for increased Lettuce usage among clients
--Handle account upgrades
--Conduct weekly webinars for general client base
Qualifications:
--4 year degree preferred, but not required
--1-2 years prior account management experience preferred
--Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
--Software-as-a-Service experience is a plus
--Self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to reducing churn
--Enjoys working closely with clients to ensure complete client satisfaction
--A real go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
