About the role
Answer customer calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise. You'll be sitting steps away from our talented Culinary, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams, all of which you'll partner with to deliver exceptional customer service!
Assist customers in managing their Blue Apron subscriptions.
Build a positive relationship with our warehouse teams to ensure our customers are receiving the best product and service possible!
This entry-level position is a great opportunity to learn and grow with us here at Blue Apron! There's no better way to learn about our business than to speak with our loyal and passionate customers. After spending time in Customer Service many associates ultimately move on to Customer Service leadership positions, or they become part of our Operations, Marketing, and Culinary teams.
1-2 years experience in a customer service related position is preferred (restaurants, retail, etc.).
You're a true people person! When you see someone smile, it makes your day.
You have stellar written and verbal communication skills ? you never shy away from a phone conversation.
You're passionate about understanding problems and making things right.
You have a contagiously happy attitude.
We take care of customers 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a must.
