Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as company receptionist
Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor that reflects the company?s values while serving as the initial point of contact for patients, customers, vendors and the general public
Process standard sales orders
Process literature and sample requests
Maintain customer files
Contribute to other projects within the department
Perform other duties as needed
. REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient on MS Windows, especially MS Word
Prior experience in the medical device industry a plus
Experience with MFG PRO/QAD or similar ERP system a plus
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system a plus
Must be very reliable and punctual
Excellent communication and people skills
Willingness to be trained on all company products, relevant medical terminology, procedures and services
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
Ability to work independently and within a team
Education Requirements:
Four year or associate?s degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
1 year of experience in customer service or office administration
