Customer Service Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated, creative and energetic Customer Service Consultant to assist with all aspects of first line customer service. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, a team player, a quick learner, self-starter and computer savvy. Prior experience in the wedding, party or stationery industry is a plus. This is a full-time position. Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility. Some weekend work will be required.
This person will:
Answer customer phone calls
Respond to customer inquires via live chat and email
Process new orders and become familiar with our inventory system
Send proofs to customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Manage customer accounts
Record details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Assist other departments as needed
Knowledge of customer service procedures, principles and practices
Proven knowledge and experience in Windows environment including Word, Excel, regular keyboard functions and computer applications
Proven knowledge and experience in using Adobe
Strong multitasking skills
Strong eye for detail
Highly flexible and adaptable to change, willing to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Ability to work extra hours during the holiday season
Willing to talk on the phone to customers
Prior experience in the stationery industry a plus
