Because of the acquisition of Guenstiger.de by Nextag in 2011, all our European sales and customer services positions are based in Hamburg, Germany. We are currently urgently looking for students who would be interested to do a 6 month internship as a:
6-months Customer service internship for France (nextag.fr), based in Hamburg starting January 2013
Your role:
As a customer service representative, you will work as part of the French team and manage the customer relationship for 300 small sized merchants. Your responsibilities will include:
- the establishment and development of good, long lasting client relations
- responding to client requests as well as client complaints
- advise the clients to improve the performance of their online campaigns and try to upsell our tools (review tools, bidding programs)
- advise the client and respond to their technical requests by working with them as well as with our teams internally in the US and in India
Your profile:
- business school student doing a first or second internship
- strong interest for the internet, e-commerce and social media
- strong analytically skills and well organised
- ability and interest in dealing with clients and solving issues
- eagerness to learn the technology used at Nextag
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- highly motivated, results-oriented individual able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- native French speaker with a good command of English. German knowledge or any other language is a clear plus but not necessary.
