The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the customer service, sales order processing, customer inquiry, return goods and sales administration processes and systems.
As the ideal candidate you:
-- Must have previous customer service and sales administration experience.
-- Have formal marketing expertise, and/or industry experience in the development of medical devices.
-- Have a bachelor's degree.
-- Are able to communicate internally and externally, we are all customers.

-- Develop and promote customer outreach and support channels.
-- Build and maintain collaborative relationships and alliances with internal and external customers including, but not limited to, sales, operations, marketing, finance and medical affairs to achieve business goals.
-- Manage information disseminated from Customer Service to customers and the field sales force.
-- Anticipate and manage events, trends, consequences and problems related to customer service activity.
