Customer Service Manager myoscience
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the customer service, sales order processing, customer inquiry, return goods and sales administration processes and systems.
As the ideal candidate you:
-- Must have previous customer service and sales administration experience.
-- Have formal marketing expertise, and/or industry experience in the development of medical devices.
-- Have a bachelor's degree.
-- Are able to communicate internally and externally, we are all customers.
-- We need a leader to champion and foster a more customer centric culture.
-- Design our customer experience strategy.
-- Understand our vision for exceptional customer service to develop strategic, operational and tactical business plans to achieve desired business goals for customer service.
-- Maintain a positive work environment and structure that supports self-directed teams and optimizes the experience, skill, knowledge and capability of the teams. Manage the alignment of employee performance with the achievement of business objectives.
-- Develop and promote customer outreach and support channels.
-- Build and maintain collaborative relationships and alliances with internal and external customers including, but not limited to, sales, operations, marketing, finance and medical affairs to achieve business goals.
-- Manage information disseminated from Customer Service to customers and the field sales force.
-- Anticipate and manage events, trends, consequences and problems related to customer service activity.
