Position Description
The Customer Service Phone Agent is responsible for answering phones and performing other customer-service duties. The Customer Care Agent is responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Strive for internal and external customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of people, processes and products
Promote customer service excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
Responsible for answering a high volume of calls.
Resolve customer problems, investigate issues, and utilize supervisors for resolution when necessary.

Qualifications:
High School or GE degree or equivalent experience
1 ? 2 years of relevant progressive experience
Proven customer service skills preferably in a call center environment.
Abilities Required
Verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Proven problem solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
