GCA Las Vegas call center has an immediate PT opening in our 24 hour call center. To answer inbound customer calls for GCA gaming, completing financial transactions ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for providing quality customer service for callers whether they are consumers, gaming property employees, or other internal or external contacts needed to complete the call. The incumbent is responsible for the collection of data or information and then inputting it into company systems or forms to complete call related tasks. There will be times when call interfaces with financial institutions, language services, or internal and external company contacts are needed to complete tasks. CSP will be utilized for other company products and services as the business needs arise; these could be but are not limited to data preparation, data entry, inbound, or outbound call services.
1-2 years work related and or customer service experience in a call center or retail environment. Strong written/verbal skills with professional appearance and telephone voice.
Required Experience Level: No previous experience
High School Graduate or GED
Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Word/Excel. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, employees and management.
HS diploma. Ability to type at least 25 WPM and pass all pre-employment assessements, background and drug screen evaluations. Must be able to work holidays/weekends, 24/7, Bilingual Spanish/English speaking preferred. Typing test required 25 wpm.
