JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional customer support by accurately and thoroughly responding to inbound calls, e-mail inquiries and chat (as assigned) related to GameFly services
Ticket and log all customer contacts using the CRM system (RightNow)
Troubleshoot problems and communicate with management in a timely manner
Perform additional duties as directed by management
II. Skills and Attributes:
Email, chat and phone experience
Has a passion for customer care
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused contact center
Strong listening skills
Results-oriented
Courteous and professional telephone manner
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively handle medium to heavy inbound contact volume
Proficient with working on computers
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays, and overtime
III. Education/Experience
2 years of previous call center experience required (e-mail, chat or phone)
High School diploma or equivalent required
